At Breezora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
